The Marketing Advisor – Acquisition role exists to develop and deliver campaign and always on marketing activities to support the acquisition of new supporters for World Vision Australia at an individual product and solution level. The role will interface with the wider acquisition and marketing teams, solutions & content team as well as the retail channels to achieve acquisition targets.

Who you’ll be working with

The Marketing Department is accountable for the development of an integrated strategy and plan to meet the strategy and objectives set by the organisation.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference and brings that energy to the role. Experience in similar marketing roles would be great to be able to leverage skills and knowledge to achieve success in this role. In particular, a candidate with the below skills would be held in good regard:

  • Experience in acquisition marketing across digital and traditional media
  • Experience multi-tasking / managing a series of programs and initiatives
  • Campaign Management experience
  • Experience working in a data driven marketing environment which focusses on delivery of strong ROI
  • Demonstrable experience in a marketing communications role
  • Understanding of media planning and buying
  • Strong aptitude with numbers
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Working with internal/external agency relationships to develop best practice marketing activity

This role is a permanent position operating in a full time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
