A great opportunity to join the high performing and fun Retail & Supporter Experience Team at World Vision Australia:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a professional to showcase their capabilities in our high performing team to focus on delivering sales training solutions. A day in the life of our Technical Trainer may include some of the following:

  • As a subject matter expert, you will engage with right people to develop and deliver adaptive and blended training packages
  • Utilise your sales experience to develop engaging and impactful sales training for fundraising promoters
  • Partner with key stakeholders, and use project delivery methods to ensure timely production of content. From time to time this person will need to contribute their expertise in training to support projects.
  • On a practical level you will understand the business needs, assess gaps in the current workforce, develop frameworks & training content to address these gaps
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the activities through post-implementation reviews, quality assurance, results analysis and first-hand monitoring.
  • Demonstrate a digital first mindset, looking at ways to train across Australia in digital format

This is a permanent full-time position based at our head office in East Burwood, Melbourne.
