The Opportunity to Make a Difference:

The Relationship Manager will seek to grow opportunities with World Vision’s high-value corporate partners to deliver a sustainable relationship pipeline for both income and in-kind resources to contribute to child wellbeing, whilst providing an optimal supporter experience.

 

A day in the life of WVA’s Relationship Manager - Corporate includes:

The role of the Relationship Manager - Corporate is to build and strengthen relationships with WVAs corporate partners to increase income and in-kind contributions to achieve income targets.

The Relationship Manager will:

  • be a key driver in the development of a culture of corporate partnerships within the Growth & Retention Team. 
  • work alongside the Manager, Growth & Retention to create a robust growth and retention strategy – alongside the corporate marketing strategy.
  • be responsible for the execution and operationalisation of this strategy (including Partnership Brokering) in order to meet required team targets around income, impact and influence.
  • undertake research on a pipeline of opportunities and prioritise these according to the objectives outlined in the growth & retention strategy. 

 

Who are you?

  • Tertiary qualifications in business with international studies is an advantage
  • Knowledge of partnership brokering methodology and international development sector.
  • Managing high-value relationships from C-Suite to organisational operations
  • Successful track-record in managing deep and robust relationships with diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Use of CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional presentation skills

This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria. This positon requires occasional travel (20-40%).
