A little about the high performing and fun Talent & Performance Team at World Vision Australia:

An exceptional newly created opportunity has arisen for a talent development professional to showcase their capabilities in our high performing team to focus on the delivery of digital-first talent management and development solutions inclusive of leadership development, a sales academy and professional development interventions for the organisation.

A day in the life of our Talent Development Advisor may include some of the following:

  • Create and implement a portfolio of talent development initiatives that reflects the recommended balance of on-the-job development, learning through networks/others, and formal learning
  • Design, create and deploy new and innovative delivery methods and tools through digital channels
  • Partner with key stakeholders to implement leadership initiatives to include assimilations, new hire orientation, succession planning and top talent initiatives
  • Conduct group facilitation and facilitates leading teams for ongoing organizational success
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure career development approaches and plans are in place and in alignment with the overall performance management processes. Conducts one-to-one coaching, assessment feedback and guidance to employees enabling individuals’ career development

This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time or 0.8 part-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
