Evidence and Insights Reporting Analyst

| Purpose:
The Evidence and Insights Reporting Analyst leverages evidence of impact by analysing existing information, interpreting results, and presenting insights clearly to internal and donor-facing teams. This role ensures that data is accurate, credible, and actionable for strategic decision-making and donor engagement.
In addition to core responsibilities, the position requires strong technical ability to work with reporting tools, specifically Power BI dashboards and Power Query in Excel. The role will extensively use dashboards to extract insights, identify data discrepancies or anomalies, and liaise with technical teams for corrections. The analyst will also maintain and update the internal SharePoint-based Field Information Hub, which serves as a knowledge base for disseminating field data to donor-facing teams. |
