The Opportunity to be a Changemaker…

The successful candidate will be in charge to:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support for (Desktop, laptop and mobile devices; Windows Operating system and applications; Computer peripherals and printers)
  • Manage customer expectations through effective prioritisation and communication
  • Provide 1st & 2nd level application support across the business portfolio (Echo, Office 365, SalesForce, SunSystems, IPOS, MFA, Networking WAN/LAN Wireless, ProMaster, SCCM/Microsoft Intune)
  • Contribute to continuous process and service improvement, technical procedures and user documentation
  • Use of the Problem Management process
  • Assist with IT improvement project tasks
  • Carry out backup tape rotations, restores and Infrastructure environment operational tasks


Who we are looking for…

  • Previously worked in a customer-focused role supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 in the Enterprise
  • IT Service Management Tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Experience across O365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online)
  • Desktop deployment and software management tools (e.g. SCCM)
  • Troubleshooting Active Directory, File, DNS and DHCP services on Windows Server 2012 and above
  • Experience deploying and maintaining Azure MFA for Azure and O365.
  • Knowledge PowerShell scripting
  • Mobile Device support and troubleshooting (e.g. Android, iOS)
  • Skype for Business support and management
  • Backup Management Tools (e.g. HP Data Protector)
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline (preferred)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills of Windows PCs, software and mobile devices in a Local and Wide Area Network
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff

This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
