The Opportunity to be a Changemaker…

This role:

  • Assists with the formulation of the Marketing and Go-To-Market plans and coordinates the setting of financial performance metrics, by leveraging analysis of historical performance and external benchmarking.
  • Seeks to understand the link between financial and non-financial metrics and works closely with other analysts to ensure a holistic view is being formed.
  • Is expected to lead financial process improvement projects and is therefore required to bring a high degree of commercial acumen, problem solving, self-motivation and stakeholder management skills.  

The key accountabilities of this role are as follows:

  • Management of strategic planning process, performance feedback loop, mitigating risks and resolving performance issues to enable achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Management of budget and forecast to allocate resources in line with objectives and plans.
  • Partner with the business to leverage accurate, timely and insightful reporting and analysis
  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Corporate integration of planning & performance

Who we are looking for…

A Business Analyst that demonstrates high commercial acumen, a service focus and an approach to processes and practices with a continuous improvement mindset; you will also possess the following skills, experience & qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline
  • Strong experiences in budget management, strategic planning, financial and non-financial analysis
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales management (retail sector preferred)
  • Stakeholder engagement and negotiation at senior / execution levels
  • Interpreting and presenting information and facilitating decision making process with senior /executive leaders
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills 

What you need to know…

This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
