The Opportunity to lead a team of Changemakers...

The Head of Marketing Strategy and Marketing Operations is a critically strategic, senior role in the Marketing Group.

  • Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you are responsible for the leadership and development of the enterprise-wide annual marketing plan for all segments.
  • A key function is to lead and manage our centralised marketing operation, including Go To Market planning for all marketing and product initiatives.
  • Leading a highly skilled team you will have end to end ownership of the marketing operating rhythm, from strategy setting to planning, and through to execution and review.
  • • Identify new business development opportunities utilising insights that will deliver new revenue streams or supporter opportunities.


Who we are looking for…

  • A visionary, with extensive experience leading and developing enterprise-wide strategies and associated marketing plans and/or product plans.
  • A skilled people manager, known for growing high performing teams.
  • Proven experience managing external agency relationships to obtain best practice insights and to generate strong ROI.
  • A strong track record of identifying new business opportunities; and taking these to market with proven business results.
  • Extensive experience in B2B and B2C marketing within a fast-paced (and fun!) environment.
  • A high level of business acumen, with the ability to leverage data and insights to develop strategies and plans.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Marketing, or similar, with over 10+ years’ experience in product strategy and marketing operations.


What you need to know…

This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
