The Opportunity to lead a team of Changemakers...

The Head of Experience Design is a critically senior role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and leads a team that designs E2E supporter, product and marketing experiences and offerings across the organisation. This includes developing and execution of multi-year capability roadmaps that maximise revenue, profit and supporter advocacy across all segments.

  • Designing end to end supporter experiences
  • Leverage our extensive suite of insights, data, research and analysis to create an innovative product portfolio and range of supporter experiences
  • Create market-leading offerings including pricing options that align to our strategy and purpose

 

Who we are looking for…

  • A strategic thinker able to marry their advanced skills in customer centric design and journey mapping of end to end experiences, with extensive product management knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Proven expertise in solution design, customer and user experience capability across B2B and B2C markets.
  • A creative, with an aptitude for shaping solutions using key insights in the development of products and across product lifecycle management.
  • Extensive knowledge of campaign and services marketing in B2B, B2C and B2G contexts.
  • A strong relationship builder with outstanding communication skills who can influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proven team leader who engages, supports and energises their team, and allows them to flourish.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Marketing or similar, with 10+ years’ experience in Products, Customer Experience Design, Pricing and Marketing.
  • Proven experience in pricing construct and modelling

 

What you need to know…

This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
