We have a rare opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join World Vision’s high performing Digital team. Your primary responsibilities will be to build, maintain and support our supporter facing digital systems including the World Vision Website and supporter portal. You will have knowledge of .NET web development technologies and will work collaboratively with fellow team members to foster an engaging and efficient working environment, delivering timely and quality solutions following Agile methodologies.
Your primary responsibilities will be to build, maintain and support digital solutions, utilising their experience and knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Working closely with the Lead .NET Developer, Lead Front-end Developer and DevOps engineer, this role will see you working across a broad range of technologies within the Digital stack, including Azure, .NET and Vue.JS, as well as actively contributing in solution design sessions.
You will also be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to address system issues where required
- Engaging in continuous learning and improvement of knowledge in all areas of .NET and web technologies, design patterns and best practices
- Developing web solutions that are modern, scalable, and secure
Who we are looking for…
You have a strong understanding and extensive experience working with:
- Object oriented principles and framework
- C# .NET 4.5+, .NET core
- REST/JSON Web APIs
- .NET design patterns, frameworks and coding practices
- SQL Server 2012+
- And working knowledge of PCI DSS, Web security practices, Sitefinity/SiteCore or other similar ecommerce platform or CMS
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- DevOps methodologies
- Experience with a cloud based provider, such as Azure or Amazon Web Services

This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
