We are seeking someone who thrives on creating positive and rewarding relations between World Vision Australia and our donors.
Our donors mean the world to us. Working closely with the Head of Prospect Development & Engagement , you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and coordinating an engaging donor stewardship program to recognise and support those who support us.
Key initiatives will include:
Being the key point of contact for general stewardship of donors
Establishing and coordinating individualised stewardship plans for donors
Finding and embedding opportunities for donors to see the work that we do
Creating collateral with internal teams to support our donor programs
Establishing and implementing a benefits and recognition plan for donors in our Private Funding area
Recommending processes for publicity of major gifts in collaboration with senior management
A successful applicant will have:
Passion for the development sector!
Strong relationship building capability across our broader World Vision Australia community
Excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail and an opportunity!
Aptitude for independent and cooperative decision making
Ability to think laterally and resolve problems easily
A Bachelor’s Degree in a business or marketing related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Database experience with MS Office proficiency
Experience working with high-level volunteers
