This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating strategic supporter-facing events such as monthly events, webinars, Thought Leadership sessions and National Tours, and engagement opportunities towards the successful execution of WVA Campaigns
A day in the life of WVA’s Supporter Engagement Coordinator includes:
- Coordinate Church activities and CSPON initiatives, ensuring effective scheduling, planning and execution.
- Prepare stage moment briefs, presentations, promotional materials, and sign-up materials including seamless back-end logistics.
- Plan and deliver events like webinars, Thought Leadership sessions, National Tours, and Prayer Breakfasts.
- Execute events efficiently using database management systems and event platforms such as Salesforce, SODA and Cvent.
- Administer and coordinate all internal processes related to Church giving and reporting.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, adherence to deadlines, and proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee financial requirements relating to events and adhere to budgets, track expenses, and process invoices and purchase orders timely.
- Gather feedback and compile reports post-event, proposing actionable follow-up steps and communication strategies.

Your skills and experience will include:
- Demonstrated communication and strong people relationship and influence skills.
- Passion for excellence and resilience to bring partners and stakeholders on-board and motivate them to be active participants and work through opportunities with the wider team.
- Comprehensive understanding of Faith led events and Church Engagement (previous experience leading and coordinating large church events conferences will be an advantage)

- Experience working with Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 and Cvent advantageous, or ability to learn and apply skills quickly to new programs.
