Kick off the new year with a meaningful role starting January 2026! World Vision Australia is looking for passionate Contact Centre Consultants to join our amazing team in Burwood East, Victoria. This is your chance to use your communication skills to create real impact for the world’s most vulnerable children.

Location: Burwood East, Victoria, 3151

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5pm daytime shifts.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with supporters via inbound and outbound channels.
  • Build strong relationships, share stories, and inspire action.
  • Overcome objections with empathy and confidence.
  • Work towards KPIs in a positive, team-focused environment.
  • Participate in team huddles, celebrate wins, and share good news stories.

About You

  • A natural communicator and storyteller with a passion for helping others.
  • Previous sales or call centre experience is highly regarded.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven to achieve results and open to feedback to grow.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Start Date & Training

Tentative start date: Late February 2026

Training: Two weeks of full-time classroom training onsite – a great opportunity to learn, connect, and set yourself up for success.
