The Position

Join World Vision Australia as an Evidence and Insights Reporting Analyst and help turn data into impact! In this role, you’ll analyse program performance, interpret results, and present clear, actionable insights to internal teams and donor-facing stakeholders. Your work will ensure that evidence of impact drives strategic decisions and inspires supporters.

You’ll use your technical expertise in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to extract insights, identify data anomalies, and collaborate with technical teams for corrections. You’ll also manage and update our Field Information Hub (SharePoint), ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of field data.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating complex program reports into clear, evidence-based content for campaigns, donor reporting, and funding opportunities.
  • Analysing impact metrics using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Maintaining and organising the Field Information Hub for easy access to data.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that meet strategic needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in International Development, Data/Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Experience with SharePoint content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the international development sector is highly desirable.
