The primary purpose of the Donor Journey Manager – Individual Philanthropy in the Private Funding Team is to drive impactful engagement and support for WVA donors by strategically segmenting marketing efforts for high-net-worth (HNW) individual donors. Dedicated to implementing and enhancing donor journey’s, this role ensures a seamless and meaningful experience for our supporters. By developing and implementing the plan for compelling pitch decks, proposals, and impact reports, the Donor Journey Manager works to effectively communicate WVA’s vision and achievements in ending poverty and its causes.
Additionally, the role designs and implements tailored journeys for relevant donors and assists to develop the strategy for donor servicing collateral that fosters long-term relationships and maximizes philanthropic impact.
Due to the nature of the role and the regular engagement with World Vision International Offices/Projects/Private Donors, out of hours work may be required in this position.
