The Engagement Project Manager in the Private Funding Team ensures the seamless and efficient project management of relevant tasks that align with our goals and strategy in growing philanthropic giving. Responsible for overseeing the entire project management process, from initial stakeholder engagement to completion, this role maintains strict quality control and adhering to budget constraints.

By collaborating with various departments as well as potentially external vendors, the Engagement Project Manager aims to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget. This role supports the Private Funding Groups efforts by managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Due to the nature of the role and the regular engagement with World Vision International Offices/Projects/Private Donors, out of hours work may be required in this position.
