As the Category Marketing Manager – Child Sponsorship, you play a key leadership role across the organisation. You will lead and oversee the entire life cycle of our child sponsorship product experience, ensuring it remains a compelling, impactful, and sustainable offering for supporters. Responsible for World Vision Australia’s (WVA) largest product portfolio in revenue and supporter base, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the end-to-end management of child sponsorship, including the product’s design and features, pricing, supporter experience, and fulfilment for donors. Reporting to the Head of Category Marketing, this role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and channels, driving both supporter retention and acquisition. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning the product strategy with field operations and supporter expectations to deliver a meaningful and impactful sponsorship experience.
Due to the nature of the role and the regular engagement with World Vision International Offices/Projects out of hours work may be required in this position.
