The Position
Responsible for the end-to-end management of the portfolio of other giving core products such as Child Rescue, Australia First Nations, Gift Catalogue, Emergency Appeals, General giving, Tax appeals and statements, Gift in Wills as well as any new other giving products, including the product’s design and features, pricing, supporter experience, and fulfilment for donors.
You will assist in ensuring that the Growth and other giving product remains compelling, impactful, and sustainable for supporters.
Parental Leave role until end of January 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Growth and other giving category and products to drive sustainable growth and manage donor retention and experience
- Support category performance reviews, reporting on KPIs, market trends, and audience insights to drive data-informed decision-making
- Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team to identify opportunities within the supporter base to deepen supporter relationships, improve supporter metrics, and deliver in line with field commitments
- Develop key fundraising strategy to meet financial and non-financial targets that deliver on the wider WVA business strategy and engagement objectives
- Supporter Journey Management: Develop and refine tailored supporter journeys to maximize engagement, retention, and acquisition efforts across multiple channels and digital ecosystem
- Oversee the effective and efficient fulfilment of communications and updates and/or commitments to donors, ensuring consistent and timely communication that reinforces the impact of their support
- Continuously assess and improve processes related to donor content and operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Ensure donor communications and operations are grounded in a strong understanding of field realities, reflecting the impact of sponsorship on children and communities
- Partner with wider marketing, operations, channels, fundraising, digital, and field teams to understand channel requirements and ensure consistent messaging and experiences
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience managing products through all stages of their lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
You will have:
- 5+ years' experience in a Product/Category Role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis
- Strong background in content design and storytelling, with a focus on supporter engagement
- Experience overseeing operational fulfilment processes to ensure donor commitments are met with excellence
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve product performance
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
