In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our supporter-facing initiatives—coordinating inspiring events, webinars, national tours, and thought leadership sessions that deepen engagement and drive impact. You’ll work closely with churches, partners, and internal teams to ensure every experience is seamless, purposeful, and aligned with our mission.
A day in the life of WVA’s Supporter Engagement Coordinator includes:
- Lead and coordinate Church engagement activities and CSPON initiatives with precision and care.
- Craft compelling stage briefs, presentations, and promotional materials that bring our mission to life.
- Plan and deliver impactful events—from national tours and prayer breakfasts to webinars and leadership sessions.
- Manage logistics using platforms like Salesforce, SODA, and Cvent to ensure smooth execution.
- Administer Church giving processes and reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, responding proactively and collaboratively.
- Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices with attention to detail.
- Gather feedback, report on outcomes, and recommend follow-up strategies to enhance future engagement.
Who we are looking for
As the successful applicant, you will have a breadth of capabilities including enthusiasm, creativity and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing end-to-end event logistics and planning for seamless execution
- Demonstrated communication and strong people relationship and influence skills.
- Driven by a passion for excellence and resilience, with a proven ability to engage partners and stakeholders, inspiring active collaboration and alignment across teams
- Experience working with Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 and Cvent advantageous, or ability to learn and apply skills quickly to new programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of Faith led events and Church Engagement (previous experience leading and coordinating large church events conferences will be an advantage)
