At World Vision Australia, our Digital Team plays a critical role in connecting supporters to the impact they help create. Now in its third year, this highly skilled and passionate team leads the ongoing transformation of our digital platforms, driving supporter engagement and creating meaningful digital experiences that deliver real-world impact.
We are looking for a Digital Product Lead to help us continue that journey. This role is responsible for the optimisation and enhancement of the World Vision website, Sponsor Portal and mobile app, ensuring our digital experience is intuitive, engaging and aligned with supporter needs.

In this role, you will:
- Support in defining the digital ecosystem product roadmap for the World Vision Australia website, Child Sponsor Portal, Peer to Peer fundraising platforms, Point of Sale and Global Mobile App, including working with stakeholders to define key requirements, prioritisation of new work and ongoing backlog grooming.
- Partner with World Vision International to continue to enhance the World Vision mobile app, and support ongoing feature ideation, prioritisation and development to support donor needs and engagement
- Create project documentation, including requirement specifications and success metrics for digital enhancements and major initiatives.
- Provide delivery planning support across user experience, content and development teams to ensure successful and timely rollout of new features
- Cultivate positive and productive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to define new digital opportunities.
- Analyse behavioural and digital data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement across all digital assets.
- Provide regular digital product reporting and share performance insights with relevant stakeholders across the organisation.
Who you are
As the successful applicant, you will have digital product experience in a customer facing role and have exceptional communication and influencing skills. You will be innovative, creative, and adaptable amidst change. You will be a true team player who appreciates the strengths of all stakeholders and fosters a culture of that very feeling in all your dealings. App experience is highly desirable.
In addition, you will have:
- Proven digital product management capabilities including successful product ideation, feature prioritisation and roadmap creation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- A genuine desire to create rewarding customer experiences that drive brand awareness, supporter delight and commercial benefits.
- A minimum of 2-years’ experience in a similar role in addition to relevant tertiary qualifications
