Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Integrated Campaigns: Implement and monitor marketing campaigns across channels to meet business objectives and optimise performance.
- Create Engaging Content: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for social, email, and web.
- Drive Acquisition & Fundraising: Develop innovative strategies and programs to grow supporter base
- Lead Channel Initiatives: Represent retail in cross-business projects and maintain activity plans aligned with seasonal priorities.
- Enable Frontline Success: Develop communication strategies and briefs for frontline staff to support acquisition campaigns.
- Manage Outbound Campaigns: Execute initiatives such as emergency appeals, donor care programs, and pledges.

Experience & Knowledge
- Degree qualified with at least five years’ experience in marketing, events, or campaign management.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing, product management, or related roles.
- Skilled in CRM systems, data analysis, and using insights to drive strategy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
