The Opportunity
As a Contract Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of grant and contract management across a diverse portfolio of programs, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and within budget. Working collaboratively with World Vision Field Offices, implementing partners, and key internal teams, you’ll strengthen relationships with institutional donors including DFAT and the EU, as well as managing contractors, while ensuring strong compliance and contract management standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the implementation of grants and contracts in collaboration with World Vision Field Offices and partners.
- Lead on contract compliance, performance monitoring, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with donors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Contribute to funding growth by supporting proposal development, project design, and donor engagement.
- Provide timely and high-quality narrative and financial reporting to institutional and private donors.
- Support and promote collaboration, capacity-building, and learning between Field Offices, Regional Office, implementing partners, and internal teams.
About You
You are an experienced contract or grants manager with a track record in international development programs. You bring strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. You thrive on collaboration, can balance multiple priorities and demands, and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to complex challenges.
You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in International Development/International Relations, Global/Public Health, Project Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex grants or contracts in international development, ideally within Asia or Africa.
- Understanding of donor requirements (e.g. DFAT, EU) and experience in compliance and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (5–20%).
