World Vision Australia is looking for a Digital Product Lead to step into a pivotal 6-month role at the heart of our digital product ecosystem.

You’ll be joining a purpose-driven organisation with a strong digital agenda, working on supporter platforms used at national scale. In this role, you’ll be trusted to bring structure, calm and momentum to complex work and to run the system well.

This role suits someone who loves making work flow. You’ll act as Scrum Master and workflow lead, keeping agile ceremonies sharp, backlogs clear and requirements ready for build.

This is a Max Term contract for 6 months based in Burwood East with hybrid working arrangements.

 In this role, you will

  • Act as Scrum Master for a cross-functional digital product team
  • Own team workflows and backlogs using Asana or similar tools
  • Translate ideas and UX designs into clear, build-ready requirements
  • Coordinate closely with UX and Technology teams
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies and keep momentum high
  • Bring discipline and clarity to agile ways of working

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has experience acting as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead
  • Brings strong business analysis skills
  • Is confident using Asana or similar tools
  • Enjoys working across digital, marketing, design, technology and business teams
  • Values clarity, collaboration and outcomes
