The position
We’re looking for an experienced Business Administration Manager to support the Chief with high‑level executive administration and on occasion the broader department with operational coordination. This role keeps the team running smoothly — managing calendars and emails, supporting HR processes, coordinating projects, assisting with budgets, and ensuring strong communication across stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the Chief’s calendar, emails, meetings, and travel
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations
- Support onboarding and HR administration
- Coordinate departmental communication and stakeholder engagement
- Provide financial administration and budget support
- Assist with events and project coordination
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience as an EA/Office Manager supporting senior leaders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Experience handling confidential information
- Some event coordination experience
