World Vision Australia has been on an exciting brand reset journey to reconnect and enable everyday Australians to make change in the world.  As the Digital Marketing Lead, you can play a key role in promoting our brand in the digital marketing space – for the country’s largest NGO.

We are seeking a data minded, dynamic and highly experienced team member to develop and deliver digital marketing activity that will drive online acquisition and ensure ongoing digital growth. This pivotal role is newly created to help guide and execute the evolution of our customer conversion strategies, requiring someone with a proven track record in development and implementation of digital marketing and performance media activities.

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating captivating and engaging digital marketing work, managing paid digital channels to drive awareness, traffic and conversion.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with strong Digital Marketing experience, including owned channels, digital acquisition marketing strategies, programs and optimisations.  Skills and experience include:

  • Knowledge and experience in Paid Social, Meta, and TikTok
  • Strong experience in SEO, SEM, display and retargeting
  • Considerable analytical skills with an aptitude for numbers, including experience using Google Analytics 360 and/or GA4, Looker Studio Reporting, and UTMs
  • A tertial qualification in Marketing or other relevant disciplines
