The Partnerships Fundraising Manager plays a pivotal role in driving child sponsorship revenue through third-party suppliers, which is essential for WVA to meet its FY25 growth targets. You will be pivotal in the fostering a culture of business development across the Retail Third-Parties portfolio including shopping centres, neighbourhood marketing, streets, events and outbound tele-marketing to deliver World Vision Australia’s financial targets, supporter acquisition/retention and regeneration strategies.
Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.
This role has flexibility to be based at our East Burwood office, Melbourne or our Potts Point office in Sydney.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage for the day-to-day requirements of our Third-Party Partners within the Retail channel to drive sales income.
- Meeting Pledge and Cash Income Targets and Ensuring activity and campaigns are completed within budget.
- Overseeing and coordinating the activity for third parties from locational bookings to campaigns, inventory, process and risk compliance in conjunction with the retail logistics team.
- Managing the third-party procurement process for new and existing third-party partners as well as ensuring adherence to all state based fundraising laws/legislation.
Who we’re looking for:
As the successful applicant, you will have a breadth of capabilities including enthusiasm, creativity and outstanding interpersonal skills.
In addition, you will have:
- Extensive experience with B2B/B2C sales, fundraising or account management is essential
- New business development/ partnership brokering, new supporter acquisition.
- Managing high-value relationships from C-Suite to organisational operations
- Successful track-record in managing deep and robust relationships with diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of lean/agile methodology
