The position

 World Vision Australia is looking for a talented Dynamics 365 Configuration Analyst to join our team. If you're passionate about using technology to drive positive change and have strong experience with D365 Finance, this is your chance to work with purpose.

As a Dynamics 365 Configuration Analyst, you’ll play a key role in configuring, enhancing, and supporting our Dynamics 365 suite—particularly the Finance module. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high-quality solutions that support our mission and operations.

 Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM applications.
  • Perform configuration to written technical/functional specifications and standards.
  • Analyse and resolve system issues and enhancement requests.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with related systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in Agile project rituals and contribute to project success.

This role works specifically with the World Vision Dynamics 365 applications across the CRM and Finance modules. You would be focussed more on the Finance side so previous experience in Dynamics 365 Finance will be important.

  • Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Budgeting
  • Cash & Bank Management
  • Expense Management

Skills and experience include:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, especially D365 Finance.
  • Strong understanding of finance configurations, workflows, and parameters.
  • Experience with Power BIPowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
