Part-Time Café All-Rounder – Social Enterprise Café (3 Days/Week)
Location: Blackburn ( opposite Train Station )
Hours: 9:00am–3:30pm (2 x Weekdays), 9:00am–2:30pm (Saturdays)

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and reliable Café All-Rounder to join our warm and welcoming team, working two weekdays (Mon–Fri) and Saturdays.

About the Role:
As an all-rounder, you'll be involved in all aspects of café operations, including:
Customer Service
- Greet customers with warmth and ensure they feel heard and appreciated
- Embody our LTC values of nurturing, guiding, and educating
- Learn and share knowledge of our menu and offerings
- Confidently use point-of-sale systems (training provided)
Food & Beverage Preparation
- Follow basic recipes and prep tasks under guidance of the Café Manager or 2IC
- Help manage stock levels (FIFO) and maintain strong communication with the team
- Maintain high hygiene standards at all times
- Prepare specialty coffee (training provided if required)
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the day
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with end-of-day pack down
- Follow food safety protocols diligently
- Take care of general café cleanliness – sweeping, mopping, restocking, bins, and restroom checks
About You:
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous café or hospitality experience is great – but not essential
- Alignment with our mission and values as a social enterprise
