In this pivotal role, you’ll design and deliver a multi-channel fundraising strategy that exceeds revenue and engagement targets. You’ll lead with purpose, data, and creativity — enhancing the donor journey, maximising lifetime value, and building a strong pipeline for future philanthropy.

Your Purpose
Provide visionary leadership in individual giving for the Private Funding department — driving innovation, growth, and excellence across all channels. You’ll empower your team, foster collaboration, and ensure every dollar raised delivers tangible impact for children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute a multi-channel fundraising strategy (direct mail, digital,and other fundraising channels to exceed targets.
- Drive donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data insights and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and performance to maximise ROI and sustainability.
Donor Engagement & Stewardship
- Strengthen the donor journey through meaningful communication and impact reporting.
- Partner with Philanthropic Managers to grow individual giving.
- Uphold the highest standards of accountability and compliance.
Team & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Collaborate across fundraising, finance, and program teams for aligned delivery.
- Represent World Vision in key networks to drive innovation and partnerships.
What You’ll Bring
- Senior experience leading individual or cash giving programs, ideally in an INGO or complex fundraising environment.
- Proven success in multi-channel fundraising, donor acquisition, and retention.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building.
- Passion for creating social impact through innovative fundraising.
- Tertiary qualifications in fundraising, communications, or related field (highly regarded).
