Location: Burwood, VIC (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)
Reports to: Category Marketing Manager – Child Sponsorship

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sponsorship Operations & Fulfilment Manager to lead a passionate team and ensure the seamless delivery of our child sponsorship experience. This role is pivotal in operationalising processes, managing fulfilment excellence, and driving initiatives that deepen supporter engagement and retention.

You’ll work across the organisation and with global partners to design and maintain systems, tools, and workflows that uphold quality, compliance, and supporter satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfilment Excellence: Oversee timely and accurate delivery of sponsorship commitments and communications.
  • Lead Critical Supporter Communications: Manage the process and briefing for key annual touchpoints such as the Annual Performance Report (APR) and Tax Statement, ensuring timely delivery and reinforcing engagement and transparency.
  • Feedback Loop Management: Implement and maintain strategies to address supporter complaints and experience challenges, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Content Design & Management: Lead the creation and optimisation of sponsorship content, ensuring alignment with World Vision’s mission and supporter expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimise operational workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global and local teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • People Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain robust processes for data integrity, risk management, and quality assurance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in product operations or fulfilment within a medium to large organisation.
  • Fundraising experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
  • Expertise in process design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for creating exceptional supporter experiences.
