We’re looking for an Interim Growth & Engagement Coordinator to join us for a 6‑month contract, working part time (22.5 hours per week). This role will help bring focus, momentum, and follow‑through to our growth and engagement activity during a pivotal phase.
About the role
Working closely with the Social Enterprise Lead, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, growth, and revenue. It combines practical thinking with hands‑on execution and is designed to unblock work that has been competing for attention.
You’ll help make sense of what’s currently happening, shape what we focus on next, and then help get it done.
This includes:
- Auditing existing marketing, communications, and engagement activity
- Co‑developing practical growth and engagement plans
- Executing priority campaigns and initiatives, including content and new product launches
- Reaching out to aligned businesses, partners, and distributors to support growth and collaboration
- Warming leads, supporting partnerships, and keeping our CRM and pipeline moving
- Generating insights and documenting learnings to inform future resourcing and growth decisions
This is an interim, capability‑building role. Strategic direction and final decision‑making sit with the Social Enterprise Lead, and you’ll work closely together throughout the contract.
About you
You’re likely a commercially minded marketer or growth generalist who enjoys both thinking and doing. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, can connect dots quickly, and like translating ideas into action.
You’ll bring:
- Experience across marketing, growth, sales support, or revenue operations
- Comfort with outreach, relationship‑building, and engagement with external organisations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Alignment with purpose‑led, values‑driven work
The Selection Process
For your information, the interviews will start immediately, and the role may be filled before the closing date.
