You’ll thrive in this position if you enjoy coordinating travel, building meaningful relationships, and helping supporters see the real impact of their generosity. Every day brings something different — from planning immersive field visits to collaborating with global teams and shaping moments that inspire long‑term support.
The position occasionally requires working outside traditional business hours to collaborate with field partners across multiple time zones. You can expect evening availability approximately 1–2 nights per week, typically no later than 7pm. This is not a weekly requirement, but during busy periods—such as in the lead‑up to field trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end planning of supporter trips to World Vision field programs
- Work closely with global World Vision offices to align visit logistics, expectations, and capacity
- Ensure all safeguarding, compliance, and risk management requirements are met for every visit
- Provide exceptional supporter care throughout the entire visit lifecycle
- Design alternative engagement experiences when travel is not possible, ensuring supporters remain inspired and connected
- Capture stories, insights, and outcomes from visits to strengthen supporter engagement
- Share visit learnings and impact stories across the organisation to highlight World Vision’s work and inform future planning
What you’ll bring
- Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills
- Experience coordinating complex logistics or events
- Excellent communication and cross‑cultural engagement capability
- Strong planning, organisation, and time‑management skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach
- Understanding of international development or field programming (advantageous)
