Are you connected with Australia’s Influencer, entertainment and pop culture scene?  Do you have experience engaging and managing celebrities and/or influencers to drive campaign and brand success?

World Vision Australia (WVA) is on an exciting brand reset journey. Celebrity and influencer partnerships are pivotal to this journey. You can play a key role in shaping these partnerships – at a monumental time for the country’s largest NGOs.

As the Ambassador and Influencer Advisor you will be tasked with growing the Ambassador and Influencer portfolio to support brand and campaign objectives, while leading and nurturing relationships with a small portfolio of existing ambassadors. 

A key focus of this role will be creating opportunities and partnerships that drive relevance and credibility within Youth markets (14-25). A sound understanding of Tik Tok and Creators is essential.

As a member of a trusted, and enthusiastic team, you are inspired to learn every day and thrive on moving at pace and with variety. You have excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and enjoy leading your own projects.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in a talent management, communications, public relations or journalism role within a fast-paced organisation/environment. Skills and experience include:

  • Experience identifying and engaging brand ambassadors and influencers
  • Good knowledge of influencer marketing and tools (i.e. Klear)
  • Competent writing skills
  • Solid understanding of popular and emerging social media platforms and trends
  • Not for Profit experience is an advantage
  • Integrated communications is an advantage
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in communication, public relations, talent management, marketing or related field.
