World Vision Australia (WVA) is on an exciting brand reset journey. Celebrity and influencer partnerships are pivotal to this journey. You can play a key role in shaping these partnerships – at a monumental time for the country’s largest NGOs.
As the Ambassador and Influencer Advisor you will be tasked with growing the Ambassador and Influencer portfolio to support brand and campaign objectives, while leading and nurturing relationships with a small portfolio of existing ambassadors.
A key focus of this role will be creating opportunities and partnerships that drive relevance and credibility within Youth markets (14-25). A sound understanding of Tik Tok and Creators is essential.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in a talent management, communications, public relations or journalism role within a fast-paced organisation/environment. Skills and experience include:
- Experience identifying and engaging brand ambassadors and influencers
- Good knowledge of influencer marketing and tools (i.e. Klear)
- Competent writing skills
- Solid understanding of popular and emerging social media platforms and trends
- Not for Profit experience is an advantage
- Integrated communications is an advantage
- Relevant qualifications and experience in communication, public relations, talent management, marketing or related field.
