At World Vision Australia, our Digital Team plays a critical role in connecting supporters to the impact they help create. Now in its third year, this highly skilled and passionate team leads the ongoing transformation of our digital platforms, driving supporter engagement and creating meaningful digital experiences that deliver real-world impact.
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to help us continue that journey. This role is responsible for the optimisation and enhancement of the World Vision website, Sponsor Portal and mobile app, ensuring our digital experience is intuitive, engaging and aligned with supporter needs.

This is a Maximum Term contract role for 12 months – Parental Leave
In this role, you will:
- Own and manage the product roadmap for the World Vision Australia website and Child Sponsorship Portal and App, including feature prioritisation and backlog grooming.
- Proactively research new digital opportunities and innovations that improve the supporter experience.
- Develop business cases, project documentation and success metrics for digital enhancements and major initiatives.
- Partner with technology teams to deliver digital initiatives on time, within budget and to scope.
- Collaborate with UX designers and customer experience specialists to concept, prototype and test new features.
- Work with optimisation experts to execute experiments and multivariate tests to improve supporter journeys.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to define and deliver new digital opportunities.
- Analyse digital performance data to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills offer mentorship and coaching to a growing digital product team, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture across the broader digital team.
Who we’re looking for:
As the successful applicant you will have proven digital product management capabilities including successful product ideation, feature prioritisation and roadmap creation. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional communication and influencing skills.
In addition, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Demonstrated success managing highly engaging digital products and services.
- Strong project management capability, with experience leading large, cross-functional digital initiatives.
- Financial literacy and the ability to develop robust business cases for new digital investment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience building effective relationships with vendors, agencies and technology partners.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and delivering work that aligns to our mission.
