Change Coffee needs an outstanding National Corporate Sales consultant to grow our business into the corporate market. You will be required to build and manage a corporate division and have thorough knowledge of the challenges faced and a proven record of achieving success.

Key Deliverables:

  • Strategically identify new corporate sales opportunities & promote brand awareness
  • Build solid client relationships and maximise opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Create and chase sales leads
  • Consistently assess current and future customer requirements
  • Maintain your own database and general administration

Ideally the person also has a passion and knowledge of the coffee industry and a high business-ethos alignment, capable of communicating the entire value proposition that this strong brand has to offer.

 

Who we are looking for…

  • Extensive sales experience within the corporate market.
  • Knowledge of the corporate industry and their needs/challenges
  • Drive and urgency and willing to keep opening doors
  • Ability to self-start and persevere until the desired outcome is achieved
  • Superior time management skills and effective organisational skills
  • Able to work autonomously on the road
  • Energetic – bring your passion and enthusiasm
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with proposals
  • Proven Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • A desire to learn, be a part of a team and have fun!
  • A Background in Coffee is preferred but strong hospitality industry sales is essential
