Green fields test environment – take ownership and implement best practice for the complete testing life-cycle
World Vision Australia has been on an Information Technology refresh journey with the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM application (known internally as SODA). The SODA project touches all areas of the business including our child sponsorship and many other aspects of our relationships with our faithful supporters.
We now require an experienced Dynamics 365 Test Analyst to take ownership and establish solid testing capability for the organisation. You will play a critical role in delivering reliable, user-friendly, high-quality systems that meet business requirements and build user trust. This role is also responsible for test environment management, including ensuring data is co-ordinated between systems across all of WVA’s integrated environments.
The ideal candidate is an experienced systems test analyst, with specific experience testing in Dynamics 365/CRM/ERP or similar CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Skills and experience include:
- Strong knowledge of and experience in CRM business processes and workflows
- Demonstrated understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, and associated best practice
- Experience in using automated test suites and developing custom automated tests for specific processes when required
- Familiarity with coding and software testing techniques and test management tools
- Proficiency with automated testing platforms (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in writing clear, concise test plans and test cases
- Experience in test data preparation and test environment setup
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test case management and CI/CD pipelines preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar will be highly regarded, as will certifications in Software Testing (e.g. ISTQB)
