- Monitor campaign performance, analysing lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs and early supporter outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve results and implement timely optimisations.
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Apply fundraising, privacy, safeguarding and organisational requirements in all campaign activity.

A proactive and detail-oriented campaign professional who enjoys turning plans into successful outcomes. You understand how acquisition activity drives growth and can confidently manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a focus on performance.
You'll also bring:
- Experience delivering fundraising, marketing, acquisition or customer growth campaigns.
- Strong project and campaign coordination capabilities.
- Knowledge of acquisition metrics, conversion performance and return-on-investment principles.
- Confidence interpreting campaign data and recommending practical improvements.
- Experience developing briefs and working with creative, media, digital, operational and data teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality execution.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
